First day

We start by building a common language and thinking models for designing experiences. Through systemic mapping, we will identify underlying challenges and understand leverage points for design.

HEART - CREATE ENGAGEMENT

Second day

We will focus on how to create captivating experiences. Let's explore how we can design for emotional engagement and communication experiences that promote engagement on a deeper level.

HANDS -  DRIVE IMPACT

Third day

100% hands-on! We will build experienceable prototypes based on co-created cases. Our focus will be on how to be ready for action and developing assessment metrics.

Tim has been working with KAOSPILOT since 2019 and is the facilitator for the Kaospilot Experience Design professional training in Germany and Sweden. He has 30 years of experience with clients in Europe, North America and Africa developing an interdisciplinary practise that encompasses from graphic, product, service and experience design. He’s currently also supporting the development of a new learning tool at Antares, the creator of the highly secure digital media system used in 75% of German high schools .

Important information

The three days of training are 17th-19th April 2024
 
You will need to arrive in Karlskrona, Sweden on 16th April 2024. We will organise your transfer from Karlskrona to the training venue in the Blekinge archipelago. It's about 45 minutes drive (and a short ferry hop ⛴️). You will be returned to Karlskrona around 6pm on Friday the 19th. The nearest international airport is in Copenhagen, which is just under 3.5 hours by train.  
 
All further details regarding travel planning, accommodation, packing list and timetable will be sent out early in 2024.

Cancellation and refund policy

In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than a week before the start of the course will result in a 25% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation by Kaospilot will result in a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Participants always have the right to send a substitute.

Covid-19 policy

We know this is still an unpredictable time and we understand that some of you may have concerns about in-person events.
Please be assured that we are fully committed to following local authority regulations and guidelines.
We will make sure to look out for each other and stay safe by following current guidelines. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the training, we will provide an alternative date within 12 months.

Reembolso y cancelaciones

En caso de cancelación menos de 3 semanas antes del inicio del curso, se reembolsará el 50% de la cuota de inscripción. Katarina Blom is Sweden's first happiness psychologist, passionate about spreading psychology to the everyday person. She has written several books on happiness, our social brain and teamwork, and her TEDx on happiness has over five million views worldwide. Most recently she has featured in a US reality show where she has helped to bring a deeper sense of meaning to the lives of eight people facing death and loss.

Cajsa works as a project manager and experience designer with a diverse background in political science, professional development and organizational growth. Her passion lies in asking questions for big-picture perspectives and facilitating creative processes that help projects move forward.

Malin works as a creative director with many years of experience in creating, designing and leading processes within experience design. Malin has a background in the music industry and leads large projects with a focus on brand strategy, analysis, concept, copy, and content.

Informações importantes

The three days of training are 17th-19th April 2024
 
You will need to arrive in Karlskrona, Sweden on 16th April 2024. We will organise your transfer from Karlskrona to the training venue in the Blekinge archipelago. It's about 45 minutes drive (and a short ferry hop ⛴️). You will be returned to Karlskrona around 6pm on Friday the 19th. The nearest international airport is in Copenhagen, which is just under 3.5 hours by train.  
 
All further details regarding travel planning, accommodation, packing list and timetable will be sent out early in 2024.

Política de cancelamentos e reembolso
