HEAD - REFRAMING

First day

We start by building a common language and thinking models for designing experiences. Through systemic mapping, we will identify underlying challenges and understand leverage points for design.

HEART - CREATE ENGAGEMENT

Second day

We will focus on how to create captivating experiences. Let's explore how we can design for emotional engagement and communication experiences that promote engagement on a deeper level.

HANDS -  DRIVE IMPACT

Third day

100% hands-on! We will build experienceable prototypes based on co-created cases. Our focus will be on how to be ready for action and developing assessment metrics.

Tim has been working with KAOSPILOT since 2019 and is the facilitator for the Kaospilot Experience Design professional training in Germany and Sweden. He has 30 years of experience with clients in Europe, North America and Africa developing an interdisciplinary practise that encompasses from graphic, product, service and experience design. He’s currently also supporting the development of a new learning tool at Antares, the creator of the highly secure digital media system used in 75% of German high schools .

Lena is a curator and collaborative futurist, using experience design to explore human imagination as a driver for change. She has led teams through participatory explorations of possible futures across the globe; blending futures literacy, speculative design, embodiment, and innovation methodologies. Training starts at 09:00 sharp on Wednesday 7th May 2025.

Coffee and breakfast snacks will be available from 08:30, so please come early!

Cancellation and refund policy

In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than a week before the start of the course will result in a 25% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation by Kaospilot will result in a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Participants always have the right to send a substitute.

Covid-19 policy

We know this is still an unpredictable time and we understand that some of you may have concerns about in-person events.
Please be assured that we are fully committed to following local authority regulations and guidelines.
We will make sure to look out for each other and stay safe by following current guidelines. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the training, we will provide an alternative date within 12 months.

Política de cancelamentos e reembolso

Em caso de cancelamento com menos de 3 semanas antes do início do curso, 50% da taxa de inscrição será reembolsada.
O cancelamento com menos de uma semana antes do início do curso resultará em um reembolso de 25% da taxa de inscrição.
O cancelamento por parte da Kaospilot resultará em um reembolso de 100% da taxa de inscrição.
Os participantes sempre têm o direito de enviar um substituto.
