First day
We start by building a common language and thinking models for designing experiences. Through systemic mapping, we will identify underlying challenges and understand leverage points for design.
Second day
We will focus on how to create captivating experiences. Let's explore how we can design for emotional engagement and communication experiences that promote engagement on a deeper level.
Third day
100% hands-on! We will build experienceable prototypes based on co-created cases. Our focus will be on how to be ready for action and developing assessment metrics.

The Projektraum Drahnsdorf experience
Drahnsdorf is a lovely old manor house, a 5-minute walk from the train that takes you to the heart of Berlin in 75 minutes. You'll be staying in one of the rooms with maximum of one other person. They are minimally decorated to show off the buildings charm, and furnished with a delicious mix of mid-century modern and vintage furniture. FAQs
Training starts at 9am sharp on Wednesday 30th October.
We have booked the accommodation from Tuesday 29th, so please plan to arrive that evening. The fire will be lit, and there will be a delicious dinner waiting for you.
In case of cancellation less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than a week before the start of the course will result in a 25% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellation by Kaospilot will result in a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Participants always have the right to send a substitute.
We know this is still an unpredictable time and we understand that some of you may have concerns about in-person events.
Please be assured that we are fully committed to following local authority regulations and guidelines.
We will make sure to look out for each other and stay safe by following current guidelines. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the training, we will provide an alternative date within 12 months.
